Find right dentist: Find a caring and non-judgemental Dentist. You might try a Prosthodontist, as they are accustomed to treating patients with many complex problems. We see a wide range of breakdown, neglect, and disease, and focus on helping the patient get to optimum oral health. Getting to the right person is the biggest hurdle to cross. This is a good start.
