Biopsy: See you doc to get evaluated for your risk factors and a physical exam. If warranted, a biopsy will determine the nature of your lesion. I wish you the best.

Examination: Usually one can tell just by examining the patient. If there is a question, a biopsy can be performed. Hope this helps.
