No: There are a variety of tests that can look for specific problems when warrented by age, family history or problems in pregnancy.But there are no tests for perfect outcome.Nelson et al published data in the 80"s showing >1/2 CP kids had nl preg/labor/delivery &~4% of deliveries have some unexpected outcome. A pre-pregnancy conference with a geneticist & OB can help u focus on your specific risks.
