Forgive my frankness: This isn't going to happen. Acne is a serious, chronic disease that will eventually remit on its own. Until then, you're going to have to manage it. Topical benzoyl peroxide is your best friend. Use it as tolerated, and if you are not clear in two weeks, or it's on your trunk, get with your personal physician. If you are offered isotretinoin, consider accepting -- it's not for the faint-hearted.
