You could: The have many types, could be sever or mild and cause some major problems, thank god this not the routine, i think if you mild case of flu, you could wear a mask, and go to work, if you have severe case of flu I do not recommended especially if you are in contact with a lot of people and especially at you sneezing or coughing a lot?
