Viral URI?: All of your symptoms could be viral. If this has been less than 14 days, what's coming up is not thick green or yellow, you can probably avoid an antibiotic. If your ventolin dose isn't lasting 4 to 6 hours you may need a short course of prednisone. If suddenly get worse or lasts more than 2 to 3 weeks seek antibiotic.
