Yes, but: It can become complicated and you may need to have a cardiologist consulting with your obstetrician. Pregnancy causes "sinus tachycardia" which is normal but if you have pre-existing pathological tachycardia (like svt), you may require medication throughout your pregnancy and during lactation and this must be chosen carefully to avoid harm to the baby.

Most likely: Depends on what you mean with "tachycardia". There are abnormal tachycardias and then there are tachycardias that are due to adjustments your heart makes to deal with different body needs. During pregnancy your blood volume goes up and you may develop anemia and therefore the need for a faster hr and this is ok. For abnormal tachycardias you should definitely see your doctor asap.
