Enuresis: Is your child only wetting at night? Day and night? If it is only nocturnal, up to 20% of 6 year old have this problem that is called enuresis. It can also run in families. Couple of things, take him off pullups, so he can feelwhen he wets and wake up, limit fluid intake after 600 pm, avoid teas and sugary drinks and make frequent bathroom runs.

Depends upon age +: Motivation. 1) stop fluids after supper, 2) toilet about 2 hours aftr bed, this involves waking & is ok, 3) keep a wetting diary + star chart for dry nights. 4)bedwetting alarm, this trains brain to reacto "full or need to urinate, nerve signals from bladder.5) if older than 7-years, and above not working, consult with dr. With enuresis interest, pediatrician, family dr. Or pediatric urologist.
