I agree: Your follicle is too small and i believe he is trying to give you more stimulation to make it grow to a better size before release.

Dose increase: It is not uncommon for a dose to be adjusted throughout the cycle, if there is poor response. If you worry too much about this cycle and your dosage changes, your high levels of stress could prevent your ovary from achieving maximum stimulation. Try meditation, prayer and not thinking about it at all. It really is out of your hands for now. Good luck!
