Essential Tremor: At your age the most likely diagnosis is essential tremor if you are not taking any medications that are causing this. Progressive, mainly symmetric, rhythmic, involuntary oscillation (tremor) of the hands and forearms that is usually absent at rest and present during posture and intentional movements. Essential tremor (et) can also involve the head, jaw, and voice.
