Not sure: You may have psoriasis or something called seborrhoeic dermatitis. I would recommend seeing a doctor since you may need a cortisone lotionto make your scalp get better. There are also over the counter products to help get rid of the scale. The cortisone lotion or solution would help the scale from reforming.
