recently spotted for 1 day, 1 week after my period ended. i am now having really bad pains in my uterus. and my pee is cloudy. what could this mean? ?

Poss UTI: The spotting 1 week after your period was likely ovulation. How long ago did this happen? Should do a pregnancy test. Also, may have a bladder infection.
