Sounds like you may: Need a team of doctors to figure that out. You should see your OB and your pcp. Also you are on meds that can effect your thermoregulation center in your anterior hypothalamus. If nothing obvious shows up save yourself a lot of time and money go to an academic medical center and see the neurologist who specializes in dysautonomias, usually neuropathies effecting the autonomic nervous system. Best.
