Hmmm.: Weight gain. Not familiar with that use. Stay between 20 to 30 units a day and you will be ok. Biotin deficiency is very rare.

Check w/doc: If you are underweight and it is a health problem please see your doc or a nutritionist for a good food plan, usually including a good amount of protein. Biotin is in enzymes which make everything in the body work. The only way to know if you are low on biotin is to have a lab test. You might do better w/protein powder. Peace and good health.
