Shouldn't be..: The seasonique should be preventing ovulation, so you should not be pregnant or having implantation, but you should always check a pregnancy test to be sure. It could be an ovarian cyst, or appendix pain, or even just uterine cramping. If it doesn't improve and you have a negative pregnancy test, then see your doctor about causes and you may need to switch to a different pill.
