Could be...: Irritated nerve in your neck, related to inflammation at the nerve root, herniated disk. Could also be shingles if it is in ine area of you arm. Occasionally rotator cuff symptoms or problems can cause numbness in your arm. Try some antiinflammatories for a few days, if not getting better see a doc.
