Possible UTI: Cloudy urine with associated intermittent testicular pain may be due to a urinary tract infection with associated epididymitis. In that case the cloudy urine would be due to white blood cells or pus cells in the urine. A urinalysis and urine culture would help identify that condition. Cloudy urine can also be 22 triple phosphate crystals. A urinalysis with microscopic evaluation would confirm that.
