Cyst or Peyronies : The lesion in the penile shaft could be a sebaceous cyst which would lie just underneath the skin and moves with the skin or could be a peyronie's plaque which is typically firm, on the shaft of the penis and often causes a bend in the penis typically upwards or to the side and maybe painful. Suggest seeing a urologist or primary care physician for evaluation.
