Normal but annoying: Regular periods are reassuring, even when the bleeding pattern is not quite typical. If you were on the birth control pill this might improve with a slightly different pill. Otherwise this probably reflects a little bleeding associated with ovulation and simply is a reflection of the hormone fluctuations that occur at that time.
