Doctors Never Guess: Asking a physician to guess when it comes to diagnosing pregnancy will not get you a good answer. Any time you have sperm inside of the vagina when you are not on your period can lead to pregnancy. Although the highest risk are the five days leading up to ovulation. You did not even mention when you ovulate in your cycle, which is the most important fact every female must know.
