Yes, definitely: The biggest worry with travel and pregnancy is that a woman is at slightly increased risk of blood clot. Ways to prevent that are: 1) drink a lot of water; 2) ambulate frequently if she can. Get up, walk around. There are also leg exercises she can do to help move the blood that might pool in her legs back to her heart. She can do these while sitting. I also recommend compression stockings.
