Sounds like allergy: To something in the drinks, since allergy to alcohol itself is very are. Many forms of alcohol contain preservatives, coloring agents, additives and things that the process itself (brewing beer, fermenting wine) puts into the beverage. An allergist might be able to help. The simplest solution is to not drink beer and wine, especially if there is problem drinking. Gin or vodka have less congeners.
