My input: There's no unanimity about what to do about an isolated triglyceride level which i'm going to assume was fasting (otherwise it's meaningless). This and the high-ish SGOT suggest to me that your body is simply telling you it wants more aerobic exercise. How about giving it a try before you start taking pills? I bet this is what you really want to do in any case. Best wishes.
