Depends.....: I think you mean physiological pulmonary insufficiency, trace, which should not be a problem. You need to know the severity of the tricuspid insufficiency as well as any symptoms you are having as a result. To be certain of your risk, see a cardiologist pre-operatively for an opinion regarding your risk. Why do you have these valve issues? A cardiologist can answer this, too!
