Ultrasound?: I assume this is a new problem for you? If you haven't already have one, i would recommend a pelvic ultrasound to explore this issue. If the ultrasound is normal, or if this has been a problem your whole life, especially if you have easy bruising, or your gums bleed when you brush, i might see a general doctor to rule out a bleeding disorder.
