What effect can endometriosis have on implantation after a frozen embryo transfer? last lap. to remove endo was 12 months ago.

Unlikely: Endometriosis means endometrial tissue outside the normal place (uterus). The implantation is within the uterus where endometrium is supposed to exist. If the endometriosis causes hormonal imbalance that could affect your implantation indirectly, but it is best to ask your ob/gyn.
