Hi had a hysterectomy back in september i still have ovaries the last few weeks i've had a very dry vagina i've got cream but will this last forever?

Depends: Sometimes ovaries can be injured during hysterectomy and they lose some or all of their function. If you are having consistent vaginal dryness, you may want to have your estrogen levels checked. You mentioned cream, estrogen cream? Estrogen cream should work very well at preventing vaginal dryness, as would Estrace (estradiol) vaginal ring. See doctor to discuss these symptoms and talk about options.
