Pain: Pain during pregnancy is common but not always normal and should always be investigated especially during early pregnancy. Sometimes pain can mean an ectopic pregnancy, an ovarian cyst, or a miscarriage although most of the time it turns out to be just discomforts of pregnancy. You should speak to your doctor about the pain you are experiencing.
