They do not combat: Anxiety well. Dramamine (dimenhydrinate) would be my choice for motion sickness. They all have a sedating effect to some degree, but this is a far cry from being an effective antianxiety medication in general. If your anxiety is secondary to your. Motion sickness, then they could be of benefit. Best wishes.
