Possibly rib injury : Could relate to rib or muscles of rib cage or abdominal issues. Any other symptoms such as pain with deep breath suggesting ribs, bowel changes or nausea/vomiting? How long has it been present? Getting worse or staying same? Please add more details!

Difficult to say: Can be something as simple as musculoskeletal pain to as serious as blood clot in lung or atypical presentation for heart attack. Should probably get it checked out
