Low: Pre-ejaculate can lead to pregnancy. However it would either need to be deposited in the vagina or at the introitus (vaginal opening) to lead to pregnancy. Day 7 or cycle is not a likely time to become pregnant on a 33 day cycle - but, never say never with pregnancy. Use protection every time if you aren't ready for pregnancy. Take care.
