Swollen Toes: If you have not had any trauma (injury/accident), you really should see a podiatrist. There are some diseases that do not present until late teens to late 20's/early 30's, such as psoriasis/psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other autoimmune diseases that can cause such swelling. If you did have trauma, you still might want to get an xray to evaluate for fracture.
