Normal infant growth: Appropriate growth is measured on growth charts. Your pediatrician will be able to tell you what her percentile is in relation to other babies her age. If her percentile is steady or increasing, this is a sign of proper growth and nutrition. A breast fed baby should feed approx every 3 hours. Babies at this age should be growing approx half an ounce to an ounce per day since birth.
