It's possible!: Take another test! pregnancy test are accurate about two weeks after conception. If it has been at least that long since your last unprotected sex, and you still don't get your normal period or a positive test, then you may want to ask your doctor for a blood test. If you are breast feeding, don't expect your periods to be regular!
