Jaw pain..: It sounds like you may have some form of tmd. I would suggest seeing a dentist trained in diagnosing your condition before considering treatment options.. And they should be conservative to begin..

Lower jaw pain: The pain does not seem tooth related, but is increased by opening the mouth. This is consistent with some TMJ disk problems. Is there clicking, popping, or have you gotten "stuck" when opening your mouth? These would be further clues. All TMJ disk disease is managed conservatively with some splints, muscle relaxants, and avoidance of hard foods for a while. The nosebleed is unrelated.
