I am experiencing intense sharp pain on my right side at the top of my leg. what are the possible reasons for this?

Possible hip issue: If the pain is in the front of the leg, it may be a hip issue. On the back of the leg, it is likely a lower back issue. Tendinitis and bursitis are also possible. Have it evaluated.
