Could be a rib: Your body will start changing shapes as you go through your pregnancy. As your baby is moving, you may have different areas that are affected. Sometimes a rib is affected from this motion. And that is usually right under the breast. However if it persists, you need to check in with your ob/gyn on your next visit.
