Please see your gyn: Could be yeast or other causes, sometimes you may need or not a bioppsy to r/o a vulvar dsytrophy or pre- cancer , please see your gyn.

You should see dr.: Though it is rare, itching can be a sign of cancer of the vulva, which can develop on the clitoris. Your doctor should do an exam to look for that, or the other skin conditions that can cause itching and prescribe treatments if it is benign.
