Away with guilt!: Many people find a power nap (eve if you don't completely fall asleep) of about 15 minutes helpful to re-charge them for the rest of the day. If you sleep for a long period of time you can wake up groggy. Normal guilt is when you go against your value system and are getting feedback. Neurotic guilt is excessive, and hopefully that's not your case.
