Start: Start by seeing your regular physician. Decreased libido can be caused by decreased testosterone levels, anxiety, depression, thyroid issues, medication side effects, diabetes, and such. See your family physician first who can do a work up and treat or refer you accordingly. Rule out other causes which can be concerning but it could be performance anxiety which is common.
