Yes: Oral contraceptives are not 100% effective in preventing pregnancy although this is a rare issue. It is much more likely you have a stomach virus. If you are concerned, do a home pregnancy test.

Oh my, yes!: No single birth control (bc) method is 100% effective at preventing pregnancy. Statistically, your chance of becoming pregnant increases with each instance of unprotected sex. Your nausea may have little to do with this (; i encourage you to explore my prior healthtap answers regarding the causes of nausea), but a pregnancy test now is a very prudent step #2, ; adding a 2nd bc method is step #1.
