Unlikely to happen: At eighteen your growth centers have likely closed ; little if any more growth is likely.Keep active ; a healthy diet but don't expect to grow much taller. If you want to know for sure an x-ray of your wrist ; hand can be analysed for bone maturity ; tell if the growth centers remain open to new growth. No special exercises, diet or meds will make a difference if your growth centers are closed.
