Intercourse: If your penis is inside your girlfriend's vagina, her hymen is already "broken." she may need more foreplay before intercourse so that her natural lubrication begins to flow -- also her vagina will expand naturally as well. You can certainly help her with the foreplay. Allow her to show you how she likes to be touched. If she's concerned about her hymen, she can see her doctor for an exam.

Needs C gynecologist: Some hymens can prevent penile penetration because they are so so thick or rigid ; can not be ruptured by a penis. Her gynecologist can take care of this very easily. Good luck.
