Not unless: They specifically ask for the test to find out if the metabolite of nicotine is present or not and that is usually in the urine. Otherwise i still suggest you stop smoking completely, not good for your health.

If they test for it: Which they probably aren't. Smoking robs you of oxygen by increasing carbon monoxide in the blood, and certainly could be contributing to your fatigue. Very few people can keep their smoking at such a low level, and the odds are very good that the number of cigarettes you smoke will increase over time. Your doctors can't find answers when you are not honest with them. Please stop smoking.
