Intestinal problem: I know it may not be a helpful answer to say you have a problem with your bowels, but based on the information you provided it's impossible to tell what the problem is. Perhaps, you need to give us more detail on that. Also, a stool test may be helpful. Sometimes imaging such as ct scan or endoscopy (colonoscopy) may need to be done to further evaluate your condition.

Loose stool: A chronically loose stool needs to be worked, up. You need stool studies and you may need to see a gastroeneterologist to help with diagnosis. It may all be due to diet, but still you need advise, it could also be due to infection or the GI tract itself. Please talk to your doctor for proper work up and treatment, good luck. Also consider the other GI problems as in gallbladder, pancreas.
