No evidence: Fissured tongue typically doesn't require any medical treatment. There is no rct study to support the benefit of the zinc or b complex for the fissured tongue treatment. Hence, you may not be able to tell if the symptomatic treatments are actually working.

A fissured tongue: A fissured tongue in almost all if not all cases is a variation of normal and not from any disease or malnutrition. Therefore, probably nothing you do, including taking an vitamins or supplements will make any difference. I wish i were taller... Oh well, it's something i will have to live with and i'm sure my appearance is more easily seen by others than your tongue.
