Extending Neck?: Not sure how you do handstands, but maybe your extending your neck too much. Alternatively your whole body is now pushing down onto your neck and shoulders as gravity places it hold on you. This could result in compression of some lower neck spinal discs.

Need to see Doc: Lumps in neck could be enlarged lymph nodes due to infections in the mouth, however, other conditions like chronic infections, tuberculosis, cancer, lymphoma needs to be excluded. Need further evaluation even an ENT consult to make sure that there is no pathology in the mouth, tongue and neck area.

See your doctor: This is a problem that necessitates a face-to-face meeting with your doctor. This will allow him/her to examine you, ask specific questions. And possibly order tests to find out what's wrong and what to do to help you.

I have a small bump on the right side of my neck what is this. It doesn't hurt.?

Hard to say for sure: Without knowing some more history such as how long it's been there, is it tender, does it move easily, have you had any recent illness etc. It's hard to say with certainty. It most likely is a swollen reactive lymph node that will subside after a few days to weeks. If it bothers you, increases in size, does not go way it would be worth seeing your primary care doctor.

Cyst or Lymph Node: Could be an epidermal cyst or a lymph node if your sick. Check with your doctor to see what it might be and what needs to be done.

Many Possibilities: Depending on how long it's been going on, i would consider an evaluation by a spine specialist. Sometimes it could be a muscle imbalance, early onset arthritis or scoliosis. Also could be a pinched nerve/herniated disc. Either way it might be good to figure it out and get appropriate treatment.
