Violence: violence is something humans can do when they are angry. Especially when anger is out of control. Not being able to control anger can be a sign there are other things bothering us. When those feelings about past things are not talked about they can suddenly come up when something like it happens later in life. Talk to a provider you trust.

Violent: Are you drinking or using drug excessively? If your violence is of sudden onset, see your doctor to evaluate you medically. He may want to refer you to a psychotherapist or psychiatrist because of your character change
