Circulation: When your heart rate is elevated and blood is pumping faster, you can sometimes feel it in your teeth. If it is an upper tooth, it can also have to so with your sinuses. However, if it is a true tooth ache that you get, and always in the same tooth, have it checked to be sure you are not developing an abscessed tooth, which can also cause symptoms like this.

Cold: Exercising in cold weather can cause tooth pain as the cold air circulates around the tooth. Others clench the teeth while exercising. Dental exam is indicated to make sure no dental pathology.
