Help, what to expect at an eye exam with a new doctor?

OK: Visual acuiity, refraction to determine best vision, muscle balance test, ocular motlity test, stereopsis test, color vision test, peripheral vision evaluation, slit lamp test to examine ocular structures, intraocular pressure test (drops), dilated retinal exam (drops), evaualtion of intermediate computer) and near (reading) spectacle needs, if any.
